Low tension washing range

USAGE
This machine is used for NR rome fabric, four sides elastic knitting as well as woven fabric's washing.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
1、Automatic water flow control: adjust parameter to control water inlet draining, temperature, water level, water exchange& circulation.
2、Automatic dosing system(chemicals and decontaminate), adopts SEKO constant flow pump from Italy.
3、Fabric tension automatic control: adopting Italy RE tension sensor to control both fabrics tension through washing process and each unit individually.
4、Every washing chamber is equipped with filter system, which included filter box, circulation pump, heating system, it can remove sundries from washing chamber in time.
5、Washing range is combined by different process of washing unit, it is flexible to choose machine process which based on the technical requirement.
