◆ WORKING PRINCIPLE
High-speed airflow is generated through special airflow duct and high efficiency centrifugal blower to drive fabric to move back and forth, and repeatedly hit with special grid, so that fabric can release cumulative kinetic energy when it flows out of air channel. The fabric benefited from the mechanical force produced in the impact,with a good texture and a more fluffy feeling. Therefore can get effect of softening, fluffy, drying, polar fleece and Preshrinkage without add of chemical additives.
◆ FILTRATION SYSTEM
Fabric in the process of impact plush dust is also beaten out, filtered hot air circulation through the fan to the box to continue to use. Automatic filtration system integrated within the device, compared to outside the box filter, can greatly reduce the heat loss, filtered plush dust can be cleaned without shutting down the state.
◆ HEATING SYSTE
Optional steam / gas / thermal oil heating, microprocessor-controlled heating system and special equipment design to reduce maintenance, temperature difference is small, to avoid such as cotton, nylon, elastic fibers and other fabric yellowing reaction.
