◆ Application

This machine is suitable for chemical fiber machine weaving under medium expansion force, open width deoiling water washing, pre-shrinking, desizing refining.

◆ Technical features
1, the front of the equipment is equipped with acid and alkali concentration detector, circulating pump feeding device, etc., to achieve online automatic liquid feeding equipment.
2, the steam washing box is equipped with an arc tube, which effectively prevents the fabric from wrinkling in the box.
3. The upper discharge guide rollers of the steam washing box are active, reducing the running force of the fabric.
4, washing out is arranged with a vacuum suction device, so that the fabric directly into the next process or reduce the drying pressure.
